HSG 47 Service Avoidance (CAT & Genny) is a half day awareness course to remind employees on how to use their equipment safely. To ensure they understand and can read drawings, and are using every tool at their disposal.

This course will enable utility engineering teams to review and understand the safe operating requirements when operating soil displacement moling equipment. Suitable for candidates that use pneumatic moles.

SSSTS
If you have or are looking to be a supervisor you need to be aware of your responsibilities. It is the standard training for all supervisors working on UK sites and provides an understanding of health, safety, welfare and environmental issues. It highlights the need to promote H&S to supervise effectively.

Asbestos Awareness
This Asbestos Awareness course provides a comprehensive introduction to the dangers of working with asbestos. Our Asbestos Awareness course helps employers to comply with the law by ensuring that their workers are appropriately trained in order to work safely.

CITB Health and Safety
This one day course is designed for operatives working in the construction industry to understand the potential hazards they face on site. It provides a summary of health, safety, welfare and environmental issues, identifying the delegates responsibility for looking after themselves and others.

Directors Role for H&S
This one-day interactive course has been designed for company directors with the aim of recognising the human and financial implications of Health and Safety legislation non-compliance. This course is endorsed by all UK construction companies as the standard training for all senior managers and company directors.
Utilities

SHEA
The Utility Safety Health and Environment Awareness (SHEA) portfolio of schemes have been developed to provide a uniform approach to health, safety and environmental awareness training across the utilities sector, in line with Health and Safety Executive guidelines. We offer SHEA courses for Power, Gas, Water and Telecom.

Water Hygiene
The National Water Hygiene scheme has been developed at the request of Water UK. Any person working on a restricted operations sites such as service reservoirs, pumping stations, treatment works, wells, spring and boreholes and working on the network of water mains and service pipes must be in possession of a National Water Hygiene card.
IOSH

IOSH Managing Safely
This course is designed to provide people within an organisation that has a responsibility to others for managing other people's Health & Safety. The IOSH Managing Safely course has a flexible 3, 4 or 5-day format. The course is accredited by the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and is mainly delivered by trainers who are not only members of the Institute but also Chartered Members.

IOSH Working Safely
IOSH Working Safely covers the essentials of health and safety in the workplace. It is aimed at all workers in all types of organisations. Upon successful completion of the course and assessment, students are awarded a Working Safely certificate from the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), the world’s largest health and safety membership organisation.

PAT Testing
This half day course is for those people who have a basic understanding of portable appliances and are competent to undertake PAT testing on various equipment.

Fire Marshall
This half-day Fire Marshall training course covers the role of the designated fire Marshall (fire warden). You will learn about preventing fires and different types of fire extinguisher.
